Private Prenatal Yoga Classes in Amsterdam
Being pregnant is such a sacred and transformative time in a woman’s life. Ayurveda says to care for a pregnant woman as if you're carrying a big bowl that is filled to the rim with oil and to carry it in such a way not to spill one drop.
I'm Léa and I'm deeply passionate about the breath, yoga and the female body. I believe that it's with trust that women give birth. I’m here to support you during this unique chapter of your life, helping you create more space, ease, strength and confidence as your body changes. Pregnancy should be a nice balance between movement and rest. Yoga offers a beautiful way to reconnect to your body, breathe more deeply, move mindfully and prepare physically and emotionally for birth.
My prenatal classes are adapted to your body, energy levels and stage of pregnancy creating a practice that feels safe, supportive and nourishing for you and your baby.

What type of yoga classes do you offer?
I offer private yoga sessions in Amsterdam designed to support your body, nervous system and overall wellbeing. My classes combine functional movement, mobility, breathwork and restorative practices, always adapted to your needs and energy levels.
Do I need prior yoga experience to join?
Not at all. My classes are designed for both beginners and experienced practitioners, with modifications for every level.
What makes your approach different?
Some yoga follows a fixed structure. I don’t. I help you: • Move with strength and intention (functional yoga) • Regulate your nervous system (breathwork) • Adapt your practice to your body and your cycle The result: a practice that actually supports you long-term.
Can I join if I'm not flexible?
Absolutely. You don’t need to be flexible to start. Flexibility is something that develops over time. My classes are designed to meet you where you are and support you in moving with more ease, strength and confidence.
How often should I practice yoga?
Consistency matters more than intensity. Even one or two classes per week can create meaningful shifts in how you feel, in your body, your energy and your mind. The key is to find a rhythm that feels supportive and sustainable for you.
